The shopping basket is easy to use. You have to make 3 steps.

Step 1 Choose the product group and articles

• You can choose the article you want and put it in the basket by clicking the "Order button".
• Give the number of this article you need.
• You are still free to cancel the order.
• You can look again in the web shop and order more articles.
• In between you can have a check to see what is in your Shopping basket. Click on "Shopping basket" on left side navigation beam.
• You can remove an article if you click on "Shopping basket" and "Remove" besides the article you want to remove.
• You also can change the number of articles to order.
• Check by books if it has the language you want.
• If you agree the Shopping basket contains the articles in the proper numbers you want you click on "Place Order".
• You can order any amount, there is no mimimum. Below € 20,- you pay a small amount of extra cost. Above € 100,- you receive special discount.
• Cost of shipment is to the weight of the order.

Step 2 Fill in your name and address

• If the address for delivery is the same as the address of payment you do not have to fill in this.
• If the delivery address is different, click on Different Address and fill in.
• Check if the order is correctly filled in.
• After this you to to the payment part, cklick on Check out order.
• Write in the Remark field when books written by Aad van Uffelen must be signed.

Step 3 Definite ordering and paying

• The last step is to pay and to fill in your information.
• Choose the way to pay from the list.
• (Payment by Creditcard via Paypal is maximum 300 Euro per order).

When do I receive my order?

• As soon as the payment is received, the order will be delivered.
  The time between sending and receiving the order by you is depening the country of delivery. As example to send by ship to US can take 10 to 60 days depending countries customs.

  Delivery can find delay when an article not is available. In that case we send you an mail with info.

How can you order direct, not by the webshop

If you want to order but not by the webshop, that is possible. Choose the products you like to order from the webshop. Send us your e-mail adn notice the article numbers and tile of the products. Give number, sort and colour as far neccesary.
We sent you information about the cost and payment possibilities.
After receivement of the payment we sent you the products.

Click in our home page on customer service and sent us your mail.
