Info sheet ws0017 |
Theme: Eastern arrangement |

Study level: 2 and 3
Style: Eastern arrangement, decorative.
Description:
This arrangement is published in the book Bloemschikken voor de winterse
feestdagen. (Flower arranging for the feasts of winter time)
We need for this lesson:
-
A low container.
-
Oasis, about 1 / 1,5 bread.
-
Pinus green.
-
Hedera leaves.
-
Pillow moss, sheet moss or white stones.
Step by step:
- We connect oasis in the container and give it the shape of a half
cone form. The better you do this the more easy it is to have a
perfect shape later with the flowers.
- Make little bundles of the Pinus needles, do this with metal wire.
Put them closely together in the
oasis.
- Put in the Narcissus together with some leaves. The daffodils are
arranged partly around the Pinus.
- Put on the side of the Pinus just above the edge of the container a
group Hedera leaves.
- Finally you put some moss or small white stones aside the daffodils.
Materials used are: Pinus nigra, Narcissus, Hedera and pillow moss.
