Description: Hand tied bouquet

We make a rich all sided hand tied bouquet in classical ajour style.
You need minimum 60 stems (leaves and flowers).
We need for this lesson:

A wide vase.
-
String.
-
A combination of summer flowers to your choice.

The colour combination used is
monochromatic. But you can use also another colour combination.
-
A nice drapery can make even more
atmosphere.
Step by step:
- Choose flowers with a length of. 45 till 55 cm. This is depending
the size of the bouquet you want to make.
- Clean the stems and remove on third of the leaves and parts which
are not necessary.
- Select materials per species.
- Bring all stems in spiral shape together. This technique is explained
in the book Hand tied bouquets.
- Bind all stems with string on one point together.
- Cut of the stems on equal length.
- Put the bouquet in water with Chrysal in it.
Materials: Salvia nemorosa, Centaurea cyanus, Aconitum, Ageratum,
Campanula glomerata, Centaurea montana, Eustoma, Phlox, Rosa 'Larinii',
Scabiosa, Trachelium, Triteleia, Veronica, Hydrangea, Clematis, Lupinus,
Campanula latifolia, Eryngium planum, Eryngium alpinum, Spiraea bumalda,
Erigeron, Bupleurum griffithii, Deutzia, Thuja, Euonymus.
