The need for a better and healthier environment!

Recent information of measuring areolation by the satellite Envisat, tells us that pollution worldwide increase rapidly. Airpollution has reached an alarming level. People die of it or become very ill. You can reed this information by your self on ( www.esa.int/esaCP/SEM340NKPZD_index_0.html )
In many urban areas, people work in high speed on building houses, factories and roads. In A short time from now there will be very few open natural space in many countries. A few single green spots that is all. Not a good future, that is for sure!

Our life surrounding and climate becomes worse and worse with deviating consequences.

And the only reason for this is economic profits on the short term, and politicians who will score!

Plants and animals also need space to live. Plants can eliminate much of the airpolution and helps to clean the air. This works in our house and also outdoors.

Environmentally friendly flower arranging is no dream anymore. It is an interesting challenge and a must for all who arrange flowers.

No use any more of protected materials, no coral, and no parts of birds or other animals in our flower arrangement. Let us use alternative techniques, less harmful for nature. Do not use painted flowers.

You will see that it is not only a technical inspiration, but it is just fun to arrange flowers in an environmentally friendly way. Even it can lead to another type of design. It will inspire your creative talents and will give you a good satisfaction.

Also the use of flowers grown in an environmentally friendly way is important. In Holland we have flowers under the label of Milieukeur, MPS and there are ecological grown flowers?

Flowers with The environmental seal (Milieukeur) grow with less energy, less pesticides. Growers use more biological bestrijding. Dutch growers are on a good road doing this.

The possibilities of environmentally friendly flower arranging are endless and definite no dream.
