The cost

We work on the basis of a custom-made calculation. Our charges are in Euro (€) depend on various factors e.g. the level of knowledge you want to hire and for how many days. Main lines below:

Cost of labor are calculated per day, on request.

 
Costs of organization and administration depend on the project, back office cost. 4 till 10 %
Travel expenses by car per km (optional). pm
Cost of travel in Holland to and from the airport. pm

Cost of airlines and airports, safety tax. pm
Cost of accommodation, hotel, food and so on is for you, the organizer. for ordering customer, pm

Amateur organisations such as WAFA or NAFAS clubs, but also Musea, will have a discount on labour of about 20 till 40%, depending the activity.

Additional information:

  • Costs of materials - flowers, containers and so on = pm.
  • Fee is exclusive of VAT (BTW).
  • For professional floral education (teaching) in Holland and Europe there is no VAT (BTW).
  • International outside EU you do not have to pay VAT.
  • In European community you pay VAT, unless you have business registration and a VAT (tax) number.
  • Professional organisations are granted a discount on labour when the activity takes more than 4 days.

A demonstration or design show takes between 1 and 3 days preparation in general. For large demonstrations you must count also the cost for assistance and eventually extra transport.
